Assistance at the Trial Level  

We help trial lawyers do what they do best - try cases.  We regularly work with counsel to prepare case strategy, develop the best possible appellate record at trial and handle key motions at the trial court level.  Our law and motion work includes important demurrers, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine and critical post-trial motions.  

Writs​ 

When a trial court ruling cannot wait to be addressed in the normal appeal process, we will handle necessary writs, including "hot" writs that require immediate ​attention.

Appeals​

Our appellate experience includes a wide variety of subject matter including trade secrets, trust and probate litigation, ​real estate, general business litigation, family law, partnership and corporate disputes.  Because of our firm's focus on employment law, a large portion of our appellate practice involves every possible employment law question.
