Lindsey A. Phipps



Ms Phipps’s interest in law started while earning her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of San Diego. As a student at University of San Diego, she interned with the office of the President of the San Diego City Council.

After completing her Bachelor’s Degree, Lindsey attended Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating in Spring 2017. She served on the Editorial Board of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and was President of the Criminal Law Society. Her article, A Divided Nation: Political Polarization and Dispute Resolution was published in Spring 2017.

During law school, Lindsey clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Appellate, Preliminary Hearing, Sex Crimes, and Major Crimes Units and appeared in Los Angeles County Superior Court on behalf of the District Attorney’s Office in numerous criminal matters. She also worked on pro bono cases at Pepperdine's Restoration and Justice Clinic, where she represented domestic violence victims in pursuing Domestic Violence Restraining Orders.

She also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.


Lindsey is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association, Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association and is active with the East Ventura County Employer's Advisory Council.

Although born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Lindsey is a California girl at heart. She has dabbled in hiking, mountain biking, skiing, surfing, and rock climbing over the last few years and loves our coastal weather.
